These products are durable, UV resistant and easy to apply. Our grout and mortar products offer a wide variety of coloring, texturing and repair options providing limitless possibilities for any decorative concrete surface new or old, horizontal or vertical.

G-100 Professional Series Grout Mix™

Concrete Coatings, Inc. G-100 Professional Series Grout Mix™ is used as part of the Spray-Tek™ Acrylic Overlay System. This product is mixed with DuraSet™ 1000 and/or DuraSet™ 1001 FastSet™ acrylic polymer (modifier). It can be hand troweled or sprayed out of a texture spray gun (hopper gun). G-100 Professional Series Grout Mix™ combined with C-Series Liquid Colorants and sealed with Concrete Coatings, Inc. acrylic sealers offers a decorative surface almost twice as durable as regular concrete. This is a product that will hold up to any climate and allows numerous design options.


Fast-Patch™ Rapid Setting Mortar

Concrete Coatings, Inc. Fast-Patch™ rapid setting mortar is used as a patch and repair product for cementitious surfaces. Fast-Patch™ can be installed from a feather edge up to 1 ½". Greater thickness may be achieved by adding pea gravel. Fast-Patch™ has extraordinary adhesion and the ability to withstand prolonged pedestrian and vehicular traffic. In these respects the material is far superior to conventional cementitious coatings used to resurface old or worn concrete. Spray-Tek™ Acrylic Overlay, Stamp-Tek™ Stampable Overlay, Shield™ Epoxy and Micro-Topping are usually applied as a decorative overlay on Fast-Patch™. A separate polymer is not required for Fast-Patch™ as it is already in the mix.


Micro-Topping

Concrete Coatings, Inc. Micro-Topping is a single-component decorative cementitious overlay which can give the appearance of smooth concrete, while being flexible, resilient and paper thin.With Concrete Coatings, Inc. micro-topping, tight, flat surfaces are easily produced in a fraction of the time it used to take with standard grouts. These surfaces are easy to clean and maintain. They produce an extremely durable, low cost, yet attractive appearance. VIVID™ Acid Stain, C-Series Liquid Colorants and GraniteLook™ are often used in conjunction with with Micro-Topping. A separate polymer is not required for Micro-Topping as it is already in the mix.
